Bakery quote requests

Concept demo — not a client project.

The form is filled with an example order. Change any detail and watch the quote request and production brief update.

Fictional business: Harbour Bakes, a celebration-cake bakery.

The problem

Custom cake enquiries often arrive as “How much for a birthday cake?” The baker spends several messages finding out the date, size, flavour and design before they can quote.

Proposed workflow

  1. The enquiry form asks for the key details up front.
  2. The request is filed in one place, with short-notice dates flagged.
  3. The baker reviews it and sends a quote.
  4. Once confirmed, the same details become a production brief with a prep schedule.

What the demo shows

A structured quote request for the baker and a draft production brief for the kitchen. Sizing and scheduling use simple example rules.

Customer enquiry form

A real form would also ask for contact details. This demo deliberately doesn’t.
